Positive: Facilities looked great. Room easily warm even though the day was freezing, bed very comfortable, good power to the shower, didn't eat at the hotel but the choice was appetising
Negative: Being woken up twice in the middle of the night by the fire alarm going off because of some idiot smoking in their room! Pillows a little firmer would have been nice but they weren't so soft it made my neck ache.
